The USPHL has announced that Las Vegas Thunderbirds forward Heath Mensch is the Pacific Division Forward of the Week.

Hey, if anyone can match or surpass what Mensch, a 2003 birth year from Las Vegas, does every week, may he step forward? Otherwise, it doesn’t look like he’s going to give up this massive scoring surge that he’s been on.

He had a five-goal day against the San Diego Sabers in their first of two games, and he posted a 2-2-4 line in the second game. All this is a big reason why he is No. 1 in scoring at 73 points.

During his youth hockey days, Mensch played for the Vegas Jr. Golden Knights.
