The NCDC’s Thunder Hockey Club has announced that defenseman CJ Stice has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey at Lake Forest College, beginning in the fall of 2026.

Stice was acquired from the South Shore Kings in September 2025 and served as a captain for the Thunder this past season.  He appeared in 46 NCDC games this year, logging three goals and 16 assists for 19 points.

A Lake Forest native, Stice played for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings during his youth hockey career.
