The USPHL has announced that Ogden Mustangs defenseman Deven Boldway has been named the Mountain Division Defenseman of the Week.

Boldway, a 2002-born Napa native, stood tall, leading the Mustangs in ice time and also was among the team’s leaders in points with three – all assists – as the team went 2-1 last weekend, including a victory against the Utah Outliers.

Boldway now has 29 points in 38 games for the season.

During his youth hockey days, Boldway played for the San Jose Jr. Sharks and Golden State Elite Eagles.
