San Jose product, Jr. Sharks graduate Scott commits to NCAA Division I Bentley

Amarillo Bulls forward Harrison Scott has committed to play NCAA Division I hockey next season at Bentley University (Atlantic Hockey).

Scott, 20, is among the top scorers on the Bulls with 14 points (six goals, eight assists) in 20 games during the 2020-21 NAHL season.

“I am extremely excited and humbled to announce my commitment to play Division I college hockey at Bentley University,” Scott said. “Thank you to my family, teammates, friends, and coaches for all the support along the way.”

Scott is the ninth player on this year’s Bulls roster to commit to play college hockey next season.

“We are so happy for Harrison and his family regarding his commitment to Bentley University,” said Bulls head coach Rocky Russo. “His work ethic and compete level are second to none.”

The San Jose native and Jr. Sharks graduate was named an alternate captain for the Bulls this season. He had previously played junior hockey in Canada.

“Harrison has been incredibly impactful on our organization both on and off the ice since he has been here,” said Russo. “Coach (Ryan) Soderquist and his staff as getting an excellent player and an even better person to join their program.”
