Eleven teams claim championship banners at California Dreamin’ Hockey Tournaments’ Labor Day Festival

 

The California Dreamin’ Hockey Tournaments’ Labor Day Festival tournament was held over the Aug. 29-Sept. 1 weekend in Southern California.

A total of 11 teams brought home championship banners at the end of the thrilling weekend.

8U B: Aliso Viejo Avalanche beat Mavericks 2-0 (Dominic Dolphin MVP)

8U A: Jr. Reign beat Mavericks 4-3 (Dominic Remelius MVP)

10U B: Las Vegas Ice Warriors defeat Aliso Viejo Avalanche 4-2 (Cameron Wuff MVP)

10U BB: Mavericks beat Empire 5-0 (Madalyn Carrier MVP)

12U A: Avalanche defeats Jr. Reign A2 7-0 (Connor Siderius MVP)

12U AA: Jr. Reign AA1 defeats Empire 2-1 (Luke Roble MVP)

12U BB: Surf defeats Avalanche 3-1 (Odin Astrom MVP)

14U B: LV Ice Warriors beat AV Avalanche 2-0 (Simeon Young MVP)

14U A: Surf beats Mavericks 6-1 (Jan Bednarik MVP)

14U AA: Mavericks beat Mariners 2-1 in OT (Alexander Dragescu MVP)

16U AA: West Ranch Wildcats beat Jr. Reign 4-2 (Eli Tikosky MVP)

The next event on the schedule is the Fall Classic, scheduled for Nov. 28-30.
