Capistrano Beach native, Jr. Ducks, Jr. Kings grad Allan off to play NCAA D-III hockey for King’s College
Capistrano Beach native Wyatt Allan has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for King’s College.
This season for the USPHL’s Hampton Roads Whalers, Allan has compiled 13 goals and 25 points over 42 games.
“We are excited for Wyatt’s decision on choosing King’s College,” said King’s head coach Tom Seravalli. “He is an exceptional kid on and off the ice that fits the winning culture we are building here at King’s. As for his play, Wyatt jumped off the page from the first showcase in North Carolina. Wyatt is a transformative defenseman who skates well, moves pucks, high hockey IQ, with solid offensive ability.
“He will be a great addition to this program and school.”
King’s is located in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., and the Monarchs play in the UCHC.
Back home, Allan played high school hockey for Capistrano United and also spent time with the Anaheim Jr. Ducks and Los Angeles Jr. Kings.
