The EHLP has announced that New England Wolves defenseman Jackson Hanson is the North Division Star of the Week.

The ’06 Chino Hills native had one goal and seven assists scattered over five games played this week. Hanson had a goal and an assist in a 6-3 win over the Vermont Lumberjacks, and single assists in wins over the Vermont Lumberjacks and the New Hampshire Avalanche. Hanson finished off the week with three assists in an 8-4 win over the Lumberjacks.

Hanson has been a staple blueliner for the Wolves all season and in 31 games played, has 29 points on five goals and 24 assists.

Back home, Hanson played high school hockey for Placentia-Yorba Linda USD and also for the Orange County Hockey Club.
