Los Gatos native Boyle cops women’s WCHA Defenseman of the Week honor
The women’s WCHA today announced its Players of the Week with Los Gatos native Lauren Boyle being named WCHA Defenseman of the Week.
Boyle made the most of senior weekend in Columbus, scoring a goal in Friday’s opener against Bemidji State, then notching a pair of assists on Senior Day to help the Buckeyes record a 5-1 win.
She has nine points this season on two goals and seven assists and is plus-3 with 44 shots on goal.
