The NA3HL has announced that Texas Roadrunners forward JT Brugaletta is the South Star of the Week.

Brugaletta, 19, had a big weekend as the RoadRunners opened the season with a weekend sweep of the Austin Ice Bats.

The Pleasanton native had four points in the two wins, which included three goals and an assist.

On Friday, he had two goals in a 7-1 win. On Saturday, he picked up a goal and an assist in a 6-1 win.

Back home, Brugaletta played for the Golden State Elite Eagles, San Jose Jr. Sharks, Tri Valley Blue Devils, Tri Valley Bulls, and Foothill/Livermore High School.
