ECHL’s Wings re-sign Glendale native Ghantous for upcoming 2026-27 season
The ECHL’s Kalamazoo Wings have announced that forward Andre Ghantous has signed a contract for the 2026-27 season.
Ghantous, 27, enters his third professional season. He rejoins the K‑Wings after scoring a career-high 39 points (16 goals, 23 assists) across 72 games in 2025-26.
In 2024-25, the Glendale native played 56 regular‑season games for the Adirondack Thunder, tallying 24 points (12 goals, 12 assists), along with 20 penalty minutes. He also appeared in three games with the AHL’s Utica Comets, adding two points (goal, assist).
Ghantous played parts of five seasons collegiately at NCAA Division I Northern Michigan University from 2019-24, posting 156 points (53 goals, 103 assists) in 170 games and serving as team captain in 2023-24.
Back in California, Ghantous skated for the LA Selects, Los Angeles Jr. Kings, Anaheim Jr. Ducks and Los Alamitos High School.
