The CCHA has announced that Bemidji State sophomore Mattias Sholl is the CCHA Goaltender of the Week.

Sholl went 2-0-0 with a 1.93 goals-against average and a .942 save percentage, helping Bemidji State to its first sweep of No. 16 Minnesota State since 2006. He made a league-high 65 saves over 124:31 minutes and led all two-start netminders in GAA and SV%.

On Friday, the Hermosa Beach native made 34 stops in a 4-3 overtime victory, before turning away 31 of 32 in a 4-1 win over the Mavericks Saturday night.

Back home, Sholl played for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings.
