The NAHL’s Northeast Generals have announced that defenseman Jackson Rutherford has committed to play NCAA Division III hockey for Stevenson University.

The Huntington Beach native played 98 career games for the Generals, tallying four goals and 34 points.

Rutherford was drafted in the 2024 NAHL Entry Draft by Northeast in the fifth round (154th overall).

Back home, Rutherford played for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings.
