ECAC Hockey has announced that Cornell sophomore goaltender Ian Shane has been named ECAC Hockey Goaltender of the Week.

Shane earned his third conference award of the season after allowing one goal in 120 minutes of action last weekend. His 0.50 goals-against average and .972 save percentage (35 saves on 36 shots) led all ECAC netminders.

Back home, the Manhattan Beach native played for the Los Angeles Jr. Kings.
