Jr. Kings set to host Pacific District Championships

 

The Los Angeles Jr. Kings will serve as host of this weekend’s Pacific District Championships, which will be showcased from March 3-6 at Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo.

At the event, the Boys Midget 18U AAA, Midget 16U AAA and Bantam 14U AAA and Women’s C divisions will be contested; the Jr. Kings will compete in the 18U AAA, 16U AAA and 14U AAA divisions. The winners of each division will advance to the USA Hockey National Championships.

Daily admission passes will be available for purchase at Toyota Sports Center during the tournament: $15 per adult and $10 per child (12 and under). There is no charge for children 5 and under.

Four-day weekend passes will also be available for purchase: $40 per adult and $25 per child (12 and under).

All games will be video streamed live online via www.coronadoproductions.net. The cost is $10 per game.

The 18U AAA and 16U AAA divisions of the USA Hockey National Championships will be played from March 31-April 4 in San Jose. The 14U AAA division will be showcased in Anchorage, Alaska, over the same weekend.

The Pacific District is one of 12 districts established by USA Hockey and is composed of five affiliates that represent the states of Alaska, California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington and one non-affiliated state (Hawaii).
