Jr. Reign, St. John Bosco alum Croteau picks up weekly USHL accolades
The USHL has announced that Emmett Croteau of the Waterloo Black Hawks has been named the USHL Goaltender of the Week for the second time this season.
In two games, Croteau went 2-0-0 with 58 saves, a 2.88 GAA, and a .906 save percentage.
The native of Bonnyville, Alberta, posted 39 stops in a 2-1 overtime home win over league-leading Fargo last Saturday, including a save on a penalty shot and also recorded three saves in overtime to secure the win over the Force.
Overall, the Clarkson commit and Montreal Canadiens prospect stands 15-10-0-0 on the season with a 2.60 GAA and a .914 save percentage.
Prior to the USHL, Croteau played for the Jr. Reign and for St. John Bosco High School.
